Product Overview:

An oil-gas distributor is a novel device for distributing oil and gas streams. Its unique design of the oil-gas inlet significantly increases the air velocity entering the oil-gas distribution, which is crucial for the effectiveness of oil-gas lubrication. The oil-gas stream jetted onto the surface of the distribution core spreads uniformly in a circular pattern around the center, allowing the oil-gas stream to enter the distribution channels evenly.

Advantages of oil and gas lubrication include:

1. Environmentally friendly. No oil mist, ensuring the surrounding environment remains unpolluted.

2. Precise measurement. Both oil and air components can be individually accurately measured and delivered to each lubrication point according to different requirements, making it a highly economical system.

3. Independent of oil viscosity. All flowing oils can be transported. It doesn't face the issue of high viscosity atomization difficulties, as it does not require atomization.

4. Monitorable. The system's operation is easily monitored electronically.

5. Particularly suitable for roller bearings, especially heavy-duty mill roll neck bearings, with excellent air cooling effect, which can reduce the operating temperature of the bearings, thereby extending the service life of the bearings.

6. Microscopic fuel consumption. Only 1/10 to 1/20 of fat consumption.
