DB-N Series Single-Line Lubrication Pump (31.5MPa)

I. Terms of Use

The DB-N (ZB) series multi-point lubrication pumps are suitable for centralized lubrication systems of small and medium-sized mechanical and electrical equipment with low lubrication frequency, less than 50 lubrication points, and nominal pressure of 31.5MPa in single-line systems. They supply lubricant directly or through a single-line distributor to each lubrication point. The pump is applicable to equipment in metallurgy, mining, ports, transportation, construction, and other industries.

II. Technical Specifications

Use grease with a penetration not less than 265 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm or oil with a viscosity grade greater than N68. Operating temperature range: -20°C to 80°C.

1. The multi-point lubrication pump should be installed in an environment with suitable temperature, minimal dust, and convenient for replenishing oil, inspection, and maintenance.

2. Refueling the reservoir must be done using an oil pump through the reservoir's filling port; it is strictly prohibited to add unfiltered working medium by opening the cover.

3. Wire the motor in the direction specified by the rotation symbol on the storage tank cylinder wall; do not reverse the direction.

4. The number of oil outlets can be selected from 1 to 14 at will. Unnecessary components of the plunger pump can be removed according to the equipment requirements, and the threaded holes can be sealed with M20×1.5 plugs.
