Product Overview:

An oil-gas distributor is a novel device for distributing oil and gas streams. Its unique design of the oil-gas inlet significantly increases the air velocity entering the oil-gas distribution, which is crucial for the effectiveness of oil-gas lubrication. The oil-gas stream jetted onto the surface of the distribution core spreads uniformly in a circular pattern from the center, ensuring the oil-gas stream enters the distribution channels evenly.

Advantages of oil and gas lubrication include:

1. Environmentally friendly; no oil mist, thus the surrounding environment remains unpolluted.

2. Precise measurement. Both oil and air components can be accurately measured separately and delivered to each lubrication point according to varying needs, making this a highly economical system.

3. Independent of oil viscosity. Any flowing oil can be transported. It doesn't face the issue of high viscosity atomization difficulties since it does not require atomization.

4. Monitorable. The system's operational status is easily electronically monitored.

5. Particularly suitable for roller bearings, especially heavy-duty mill roller neck bearings, offering excellent air cooling effect. This can reduce the operating temperature of the bearings, thereby extending their service life.

6. Minuscule fuel consumption. Just 1/10 to 1/20 of the fat consumption.
