VSG-KR Series Double Line Distributors (40MPa)

I. Terms of Use

The VSG-KR type dual-line distributor features oil supply ports on both the top and bottom. During the reciprocating motion of the distributor piston, oil is discharged once from the top and bottom supply ports, respectively. Inside the corresponding top and bottom supply ports, there is a combined oil drain structure. To change the odd-numbered oil discharge, simply adjust the direction of the guide sleeve. You can also directly observe the distributor's operation by watching the indicator rod's movement. Additionally, you can easily adjust the oil supply quantity of each oil outlet by turning the screw within the specified range.

This type of distributor is suitable for a two-line oil concentrate lubrication system with a nominal pressure of 40MPa. It directly controls the piston movement by the supply pressure acting on the two alternating main supply lines, thereby accomplishing the precise distribution of grease to the lubrication points.

II. Technical Specifications

Use grease with a penetration not less than 265 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm (NLGI 0# to 2#) or lubricating oil with a viscosity grade greater than N68, operating at temperatures between -10°C and 80°C; when using lubricating oil, operate at a pressure of 20 MPa.

If a corresponding top and bottom outlet merge is required, simply unscrew the bolt inside the hole, and seal the unused top or bottom oil outlet with a G1/4 plug to prevent dust from entering.

The installation and operation environment temperature of the distributor must be noted in the order contract if it is outside the range of -10℃ to 80℃, so that low-temperature and high-temperature oil seals can be provided during supply.
