DJB-H1.6 Electric Fuel Pump (4MPa)

I. Overview

Piston-type electric oil filling pump suitable for refilling grease into the storage tank of electric grease pumps in centralized lubrication systems with dry oil. The pump is an internally mounted plunger displacement pump, powered by a reduction motor that drives an eccentric wheel, causing the rod to reciprocate, thereby achieving suction and pressure functions. It operates smoothly, delivers high output pressure, and is equipped with an outlet filter.

II. Technical Specifications

Use grease with a penetration of 220 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm and lubricating oil with a viscosity grade exceeding N68.

5. Working Principle

The decelerating motor, installed horizontally, drives the eccentric wheel to rotate, which in turn causes the slider and rod to move up and down reciprocally. The suction and pressure oil process is completed by the internal piston and the one-way valve within the pipe cap, and the oil is then sent out through the oil输送管.

Section 6: Instructions for Use

Before use, unscrew the oil cap on the top of the housing and add 50# mechanical oil to the specified oil level.

2. The medium to be conveyed must be clean, uniform in texture, and within the specified brand range.

3. Filter screens at the export point should be cleaned regularly.

4. Do not operate the drum without oil.

5. The motor reducer must be topped off with an appropriate amount of 3# molybdenum disulfide grease through the exhaust plug hole within the first three months of use. Thereafter, top off every four months.

Section 7: Order Instructions

The pump can be equipped with full automatic control and an oil level signaling device. It must be specified separately in the contract at the time of ordering.
