DJB-V70 Electric Fuel Pump (3.15 MPa)

I. Overview

For centralized grease lubrication systems, this grease filling device is designed to fill grease into the reservoir of an electric grease pump. The pump is of the non-reservoir type and can be directly placed on a 200L oil drum. It can operate independently and, when connected to the corresponding electric control unit, can automatically replenish the grease in the electric lubrication system. The pump is an internal plunger displacement pump, utilizing worm gear reduction for smooth operation and high output pressure. A pressure relief valve is installed at the outlet for overload protection.

Use grease with a penetration of 265-385 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm (NLGI 0#-2#).

V. Operation Description

The motor, vertically mounted, is driven by a worm gear, which rotates the worm. An eccentric shaft is mounted on the worm gear's end face, driving the piston rod to move up and down. The suction and pressure oil process is completed by the one-way valve inside the piston and the pipe cap. The oil is then transported outward through the oil delivery hose.
 

Section 6: Instructions for Use

1. Suggest connecting the wires in the direction of the rotational arrow.

2. The lubricating grease used must be clean, with a uniform texture, and within the specified brand range.

3. Prior to first use, lubricating oil (N220) should be added to the reducer to the specified oil level.

4. After the first startup of the fuel pump, the vent valve should be opened first, and then closed after the oil flows normally.

5. Do not operate the drum without oil.
