DRB-L Series Electric Grease Pump (20MPa) I. Overview The DRB-L series electric grease pump is suitable for double-line centralized grease lubrication systems with numerous lubrication points, wide distribution, and high oiling frequency. It supplies grease to the lubrication areas through a dual-line distributor, meeting the needs of various machinery and equipment, especially suitable for large-scale units and production lines. This series of electric lubrication pumps can be configured into a dual-line ring-type centralized lubrication system, where the main pipeline of the system is arranged in a ring, controlled by the system pressure at the end of the return lubrication pump to operate the hydraulic directional valve, allowing the two main pipelines to alternately supply lubricant. Refer to the specifications in the outline drawing and outline dimension table. It can also be set up as a dual-line terminal-type centralized lubrication system, where the pressure at the end of the main pipeline operates the solenoid valve to control the directional valve. The directional valve alternately supplies lubricant to the two main pipelines. Refer to the specifications in the outline drawing and outline dimension table. This series of electric lubrication pumps utilizes a dual plunger mechanism, ensuring reliable operation. The reduction gear is housed within the pump body, resulting in a compact structure and small size. With the corresponding electric control box, automatic control can be achieved. II. Technical Specifications Use grease with a penetration not less than 265 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm, NLGI 0#-2#. DRB-L Series Electric Lubrication Pumps Dimensions Section 3: Model Description Four: Pictogram Five: Wiring Instructions Section 6: Working Principle This series of electric lubrication pumps is composed of components such as plunger pumps, oil reservoirs, directional valves, and electric motors. Driven by the electric motor, the plunger pump吸取lubricating grease from the oil reservoir and delivers it to the directional valve. The grease is alternately sent out through two outlets via the directional valve. While one outlet is pressurizing the lubricating grease, the other outlet connects with the oil reservoir for unload. The annular structure electric lubrication pump is paired with a hydraulic directional valve, featuring four interfaces. It is connected to two main supply pipes, each with a return pipe leading back from two supply pipes. The directional valve is actuated by the oil pressure within the return pipes. Terminal structure electric lubrication pump equipped with solenoid directional valve, featuring two interfaces and connecting two main supply lines. It changes direction and supplies lubricant through the on-off of the solenoid. The operation principle of the plunger pump directional valve is detailed in the user manual. The series of electric lubrication pumps should be installed in a location with suitable ambient temperature, minimal dust, low vibration, and easy access for adjustment, inspection, maintenance, and lubricant replenishment. Ideally, they should be positioned at the center of the system to minimize pipeline length and maintain the lowest pressure drop, allowing the pump to generate sufficient pressure to overcome the resistance at the lubrication points. 2. Prior to use, add N220 industrial gear oil to the reducer cavity of the plunger pump to the level indicated by the oil gauge. 3. Refill the reservoir with DJB-V70 electric oil pump from the lubrication pump's replenishment port. The lubricating grease used must be clean and free of any contaminants. 4. The lubrication pump operates in a single-directional rotation. It must be connected according to the direction indicated on the motor's directional label. 5. The standard setting pressure of the pump overflow valve is 23MPa, which can be adjusted freely within the range of 0 to 20MPa. It is not allowed to exceed 15% of the pump's nominal pressure (23MPa) during use. 6. The hydraulic directional valve of the annular lubrication pump is set at 5 MPa. 7. This series of electric lubrication pumps is designed for indoor installation. Protective measures must be taken when used outdoors or in harsh environments.
