DRB-L Series Electric Grease Pump (20MPa)

I. Overview

The DRB-L series electric lubrication pumps are suitable for double-line centralized oil lubrication systems with numerous lubrication points, wide distribution, and high oiling frequency. They supply grease to the lubrication areas through a dual-line distributor, meeting the needs of various machinery and equipment, especially suitable for large-scale units and production lines.

This series of electric lubrication pumps can be configured into a double-line ring-type centralized lubrication system, where the main pipeline of the system is arranged in a loop, controlled by the system pressure at the end of the return lubrication pump to operate the hydraulic directional valve, enabling the two main pipelines to alternately supply lubricant; refer to the specifications in the external dimension drawing and table. It can also be set up as a double-line terminal centralized lubrication system, where the pressure at the end of the main pipeline operates the solenoid valve. The directional valve alternates to supply lubricant through the two main pipelines; also refer to the specifications in the external dimension drawing.

This series of electric lubrication pumps features a double-rod plunger mechanism, offering reliable operation. The reduction gear is housed within the pump body, ensuring a compact structure and small size. With the corresponding electric control box, automatic control can be achieved.

II. Technical Specifications

Use grease with a penetration not less than 265 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm (NLGI 0#-2#).

Six. Working Principle

This series of electric lubrication pumps is composed of components such as plunger pumps, reservoirs, directional valves, and electric motors. The plunger pump, driven by the electric motor,吸取lubricating grease from the reservoir and delivers it to the directional valve. It alternately sends the grease out through two outlets; when one outlet is pushing grease, the other connects to the reservoir to relieve pressure.

The annular structure electric lubrication pump is paired with a hydraulic directional valve, featuring four interfaces. It is connected to two main supply pipes, each leading to a return pipe that is fed back by two supply pipes. The directional valve is actuated by the oil pressure within the return pipe.

Section 7: Instructions for Use

1. This series of electric lubrication pumps should be installed in an environment with suitable temperature, minimal dust, low vibration, and easy access for adjustment, inspection, maintenance, and lubricant replenishment. Ideally, they should be positioned at the center of the system to minimize pipeline length and maintain the lowest pressure drop, enabling the pump to generate sufficient pressure to overcome the resistance at the lubrication points.

2. Prior to use, add industrial gear oil N220 to the deceleration chamber of the plunger pump to the level indicated by the oil gauge.

3. Refill the oil tank using the DJB-V70 electric oil pump from the lubricant pump's replenishment port. The lubricating grease should be clean and free from any contaminants.

4. The rotation direction of the lubricating pump is unidirectional, and it must be connected according to the rotation direction marked on the motor.

5. The standard setting pressure for the pump overflow valve is 23MPa, which can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0 to 20MPa. It is not allowed to exceed 15% of the pump's nominal pressure (23MPa) during use.

6. The hydraulic directional valve of the annular lubrication pump is set at 5 MPa.

7. This series of electric grease pumps is designed for indoor installation. Protective measures must be taken when used outdoors or in harsh environments.
