ZPU Type Electric Lubrication Pump (40MPa) I. Terms of Use The ZPU type electric lubricating pump is suitable as a lubricant supply device for single or double-line centralized lubrication systems with high lubrication frequency, long piping lengths, dense lubrication points, and a nominal pressure of 40MPa. It can also be equipped with a mobile trolley, high-pressure hoses, grease guns, and cables to form a portable electric lubricating pump unit, used for mobile lubrication on single machines with low lubrication frequency, few lubrication points, large oil supply, and where centralized lubrication is not convenient. This pump is an electric lubrication pump driven by a reduction motor, featuring a single outlet for discharging lubricant. It comes in three displacement sizes, allowing for the convenient assembly of the lowest-cost centralized lubrication system to meet different requirements; the dry oil centralized lubrication system it forms is characterized by long conveying distances and small diameter supply pipes. II. Technical Specifications Use grease with a penetration not less than 265 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm (NLGI 0#-2#) and oil with a viscosity grade greater than N68. Section 3: Model Description Section 4: Dimensions 1. Storage Tank; 2. Pump Base; 3. Plunger Pump Assembly with Connecting Flange; 4. Reduction Motor; 5. Filling Port G3/4 6. Return Oil Port G3/4; 7. Pressure Regulating Safety Valve; 8. Oil Outlet G3/4; 9. Filter; 10. One-Way Valve 1. Install in an area with suitable ambient temperature, minimal dust, and easy access for adjustment, inspection, maintenance, cleaning, and replenishing grease. 2. Position as centrally as possible within the system to minimize piping length and maintain the lowest pressure drop, enabling the pump to generate enough pressure to overcome the lubrication point back pressure. 3. Before first use, add a sufficient amount of lubricant. Run the pump for a few minutes, then add lubricant via the replenishment port using an electric oil pump in a sealed manner. 4. After the initial three months of use, the motor reducer must be topped up with an appropriate amount of 3# aluminum sulfide lubricant through the exhaust plug hole. Subsequently, top up every four months. 5. This pump is designed for indoor installation. Protective measures must be taken when used outdoors or in harsh environments. Section 6: Order Instructions When ordering an electric lubrication pump with a trolley, the required hose length and cable length must be specified in the contract. 2. Electric lubrication pumps are designed for intermittent operation. If the user requires continuous operation for an extended period, please specify in the contract.
