Otherwise, due to low terrain, water accumulation may occur during rain, flooding the weighbridge and damaging the sensors. For shallow foundation pits, a drainage channel should be set up even more. After the foundation is poured, it should be cured according to civil engineering specifications before the ground scale can be installed once the concrete reaches the designed strength standards.

4. Ensure the installation site is spacious, with adequate space to construct straight and level approach tracks. The length of the tracks should be approximately equal to the length of the weighing body, and sharp curves are prohibited. The gradual slope is designed to mitigate the impact on the weight sensors as vehicles approach the scale.
