Utilizing the impact force of high-pressure water jets.(Abrasive grinding action)Water-jetting effectively breaks the adhesion of rust and coatings to steel plates. Its features include dust-free pollution, no damage to steel plates, and significantly improved rust removal efficiency, up to15 ㎡/hAbove, the rust removal quality is good. However, the steel plates tend to re-rust after the process, necessitating the application of specialized wet-rust removal coatings. This has a significant impact on the coating process of general performance paints.

4The shot blasting process is a more advanced mechanical method for rust removal on steel materials. It utilizes high-speed rotating impellers to project abrasive materials onto the steel surface, achieving rust removal. This method boasts high production efficiency, low costs, high degree of automation, and is suitable for continuous production lines. It also minimizes environmental pollution, representing a high-level rust removal technology.
