Product Overview

The stainless steel reactor features rapid heating, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, environmental pollution-free, no need for boiler automatic heating, and easy operation. It is used in the petrochemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, food industries, and is suitable for processes such as vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonation, polymerization, and condensation.

Heating methods include electric, steam, thermal oil, and infrared, with cooling options such as jacketed, external and internal coil cooling within the reactor, and variable speed from 0 to 1000 rpm. The type of agitator blades can be customized according to customer requirements. Materials can be carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum alloy, duplex steel, and their composite materials.

Based on the different sealing types of stainless steel reactors, they can be categorized into: packed seal, mechanical seal, and magnetic seal.

Based on the manufacturing structure of stainless steel reactors, they can be categorized into three main types: open flat cover reactors, open butt-welded large flange reactors, and closed reactors. Each structure has its own application range and advantages and disadvantages.
