Product Overview

The wastewater evaporator is a mechanical evaporator, with its main feature being the steam compressor. The steam compressor increases the pressure and temperature of the steam through mechanical compression. Different types of steam compressors are selected based on air volume and compression requirements, with the compressor speed being adjusted by a variable frequency drive to meet actual needs. The compressor is equipped with temperature and vibration probes to ensure its long-term normal operation.

Wastewater evaporators are designed for chemical organic wastewater with high salinity and concentration. Based on the principle of evaporation concentration and crystallization, they utilize multi-effect vacuum evaporation to concentrate and crystallize organic wastewater. After separating the salt content from the concentrate, it is recovered through a salt accumulator. The concentrate is then dried for recovery or incinerated. The condensate from the evaporation process is typically treated with subsequent biochemical processes to meet wastewater discharge standards.


Installation Precautions for Waste Water Evaporator

The installation process involves first drilling the lift screw holes, followed by directly cutting away the copper pipe and wire holes. The last two holes are for securing and preventing potential hazards from the opening. The 300mm vertical plate positioning is for the drain pipe after the evaporator, with the drain holes and vertical plate being perpendicular to the evaporator. The height difference between these two is 250mm. For refrigerated storage, an electric heating wire for drainage needs to be added inside the drain pipe, and the heating section of the drain pipe in the film evaporator extends only to 50mm within the storage panel. The exterior of the drain pipe only requires insulation. In refrigerated areas, no electric heating wire is needed; all other areas are the same. The waste water evaporator is mainly used in the chemical industry, metal ore smelting, acid pickling waste liquid in large steel mills, and wet flue gas desulfurization waste liquid treatment in power plants, etc.

 

Features

① Evaporation capacity ranges from 0.5t/h to 100t/h.

② During normal operation, the system only consumes electricity. The energy consumption for evaporating one ton of water ranges from 15KW.h to 100KW.h, with operating costs being 1/8 to 1/2 of multiple-effect evaporation.

③ It is a currently energy-saving evaporator, mostly single-effect, with a small temperature difference and short residence time, suitable for heat-sensitive materials.

④ Compact structure, minimal land area required.

⑤ The equipment operates automatically through PLC control and can run continuously and stably for long periods.
