Product Overview

The wastewater evaporator is a mechanical evaporator, with its main feature being the steam compressor. The steam compressor increases the pressure and temperature of the steam through mechanical compression. Different types of steam compressors are selected based on air volume and compression requirements, with the compressor speed being regulated by a variable-frequency drive, allowing for adjustment according to actual needs. The compressor is equipped with temperature and vibration sensors to ensure its long-term normal operation.

Wastewater evaporators are designed for chemical organic wastewater with high salinity and concentration characteristics. Based on the principle of evaporation concentration and crystallization, they use multi-effect vacuum evaporation to concentrate and crystallize organic wastewater. After separating the salts from the concentrate, they are recovered through a salt accumulator. The concentrate is then dried for recovery or incinerated. The condensed water from the evaporation process is typically treated through subsequent biochemical treatment, achieving the standards for wastewater discharge.


Installation Precautions for Waste Water Evaporator

Installation involves first drilling the lifting screw hole, followed by directly cutting the copper pipe and wire hole. The last two holes are for fixation and to prevent potential hazards from open ends. The 300mm vertical plate is positioned for the drain pipe from the evaporator. The drain hole is perpendicular to the vertical plate in front of the evaporator, and the height difference between these two is 250mm. For refrigerated storage, an electric heating wire for drainage should be added inside the drain pipe, and the heating part of the drain pipe in the film evaporator only extends 50mm into the storage panel. The exterior of the drain pipe only requires insulation. In refrigerated areas, no electric heating wire is needed; all other areas are the same. Waste water evaporators are mainly used in the chemical industry, metal mining smelting, large steel mill pickling waste liquid, and power plant wet flue gas desulfurization waste liquid treatment, etc.

 

Features

② The system operates solely on electricity during normal operation, with an energy consumption of 15KW.h to 100KW.h per ton of water evaporated, and its operating cost is 1/8 to 1/2 of multiple-effect evaporation.

③ This is a currently energy-efficient evaporator, mostly single-effect, with a small temperature difference, short residence time, suitable for heat-sensitive materials.

④ Compact structure, occupying a small area.

The equipment operates automatically via PLC control and is capable of long-term continuous stable operation.
