The specialized paint filter is a multi-purpose filtering equipment with a novel structure, compact size, simple and flexible operation, energy-saving, high efficiency, sealed operation, and strong adaptability.

The Paint Filter is a pressure filter device where the liquid enters the filter bag through an inlet pipe on the side of the filter machine's housing. The filter bag is itself housed within a reinforced mesh. Once the liquid permeates through the required fineness level of the filter bag, it yields a qualified filtrate, while impurity particles are captured by the filter bag. The machine is convenient for changing filter bags, and there is minimal material consumption during the filtration process.

Bag filters are categorized by the number of filter bags: single-bag, double-bag, and multi-bag; by the liquid flow direction: side entry and side entry top entry; the standard types include side entry side exit and side entry bottom exit.

Bag filters include single-bag, multi-bag, swing arm bag, sandwich type, PP plastic, and high-precision bag filters, with filtration precision ranging from 1 to 10 micrometers. They are suitable for high-flow filtration applications. Available in sizes from 2 to 24 bags, we offer a complete range of specifications, with flange diameters ranging from φ40 to 450MM for import and export. Each unit can achieve flow rates of 90-1000 m3/h. Quick-release designs are available for easy filter bag replacement.
