    Papermaking White Water Backwash Filters, Paper Mill Self-Cleaning Filters, Backwash FiltersIn the papermaking process, the majority of water is removed from the pulp to extract 1% of useful material. Therefore, this process is highly water-intensive, yet holds significant potential for water reuse. Maximizing the use of wastewater known as white water offers both economic and environmental benefits. With minimal treatment and adjustment, white water can be utilized for various applications within the factory, including flow dilution, machine operation, cleaning, and chemical synthesis. Recycled fiber white water can accommodate up to 30% of incoming fibers, making white water recycling a beneficial practice for pulp mills, allowing fibers to be reclaimed and reintroduced into the pulp stream. Water is essential for creating a consistent flow of raw materials transformed into pulp and diluted pulp streams. Consistency in pulp flow is crucial for factory operational efficiency. To maintain consistency, the content of fillers must be removed before white water is returned to the factory network. Fillers, typically fine-grained minerals, enter the white water at a higher rate than pulp fibers. By replacing fillers along with pulp fibers, the filler content is removed and recycled using pH precipitation, such as lime dosage, which aggregates mineral content. Returning the white water with the least amount of fillers avoids the need for filler dosage control. Due to the minimal processing required for capturing and reusing water and fibers, returning white water to the factory is a necessary choice for reuse. In cases of excess white water, other reuse applications exist within the factory, albeit with additional processing requirements. Water reuse applications for heating and cooling systems or chemical synthesis require fiber-free water. Equipment known as "Save All" is used to remove fibers and fillers, both for reclaiming raw materials and further reducing wastewater treatment processes. Initially, long fiber particles are easily captured by roller screens, followed by the removal of other solid particles through sedimentation. Achieving a higher level of solid removal than previously done with fillers, the Save All process絮凝 water is slowly stirred and then adjusted to pH. Subsequently, solids are removed by sedimentation in a gravity clarification pond. In some applications, a higher degree of solid removal is required, such as through the application of water by spray nozzles. After clarification, the water is sent to a clear well and then captured by a filter core filter to trap remaining fine particles. In systems like steam boilers or vacuum pumps, the recycled water must also be treated to prevent metal corrosion, which is another pH control process. All water used in the paper mill is treated before discharge. Since discharge requirements are higher than the treatment requirements for most white water reuse in the paper mill, reuse reduces the total material and energy costs for water treatment. Fortunately, the processes required for reuse within the factory are achieved through pH adjustment and clarification.
