     Electrostatic Self-Cleaning FilterThis is an advanced, easy-to-operate self-cleaning filter, utilizing high-strength stainless steel wedge mesh. It features high processing capacity, long service life, and high cleaning efficiency. The unit employs intelligent differential pressure control and timer-controlled automatic cleaning of the filter mesh. When the differential pressure between the filter's inlet and outlet reaches the set value or the timer reaches the set time, the electric control box sends a signal to drive the motor, while the drain valve opens. The impurities and particles adhered to the filter mesh are brushed off by the rotating cleaning brush and washed away with the water flow through the drain valve. Once the differential pressure between the filter's inlet and outlet returns to normal or the timer's set time ends, the motor stops rotating and the electric drain valve closes. Throughout the process, the material flow is uninterrupted, achieving continuous and automated production.

    The self-cleaning process of the electric self-cleaning filter is achieved through the combined action of a suction scanner moving in a spiral along the inner surface of the filter tube and a drain valve. The open drain valve generates a high backflush flow rate and creates a vacuum at the front of the scanner's mouth, pulling the filter cake adhered to the inner wall of the tube out and away from the body. The entire cleaning process takes approximately 60 seconds, during which the system remains in continuous flow. The suction scanners in the S series feature point-by-point scanning capabilities, ensuring a more thorough cleaning.

    An electric self-cleaning filter is a precise device that uses a filter screen to directly intercept impurities in water, removing suspended particles and reducing turbidity to purify water quality.     The cleaning of the electric suction self-cleaning filter comes in two control modes: automatic and manual control.

    Automatic Control: The automatic control operates in two modes: timing and differential pressure. The filtration time is set on the filtration timer; once the filtration time is reached, the draining process is initiated, with the draining time determined by the draining timer. Meanwhile, the control system continuously compares the system differential pressure with the user-set differential pressure. When the system differential pressure reaches the set value, the filter also undergoes cleaning and draining, with the draining time set by the draining timer. Upon reaching the draining time, the cleaning process stops, and the system returns to its initial state, ready for the next filtration process.

    Manual Control: Toggle the manual/automatic switch on the control panel to manual, and the filter will perform drainage.

    The electric self-cleaning filter is powered by a motor-driven rod, which connects a brush as the cleaning mechanism. It brushes away accumulated impurities from the filter mesh surface and, with the help of the water flow, discharges them from the unit.
