Multi-component Mixture System

The Multi-component Blending System is an automated system developed based on a series of blending modes that include automatic addition, measurement, comparison feedback, and closed-loop proportional control, to accommodate the addition of different materials and additives in the customer's production process. The system allows for the setting of single-component material measurement and precise addition, as well as the proportioning and measurement of two or more components. It can achieve real-time feedback on various parameters such as instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, pressure, and temperature of different materials.
