Oil-Free Design, guide rings, piston rings, and piston rod seals are all made of self-lubricating materials for 100% oil-free lubrication. Bearing components are lubricated with high-temperature grease, ensuring no contact with the compressed medium to avoid contamination of the gas during compression and maintain purity. Compressors are available in single-stage or multi-stage configurations based on actual gas usage; structural types include single-cylinder, double-cylinder, triple-cylinder, quadruple-cylinder, and combined multi-cylinder structures; cooling methods include air-cooling and water-cooling.

Microcomputer controller with high compressor discharge temperature, low intake pressure, and high exhaust pressure alarm shutdown functions. High level of automation and stable, reliable compressor operation. Customizable for digital remote display and control as per customer requirements.
