Oil-Free Oxygen Compressor

Oil-free design; guide rings, piston rings, and piston rod packing are all made of self-lubricating materials, ensuring 100% oil-free lubrication. The bearing components are lubricated with high-temperature-resistant grease, which does not come into contact with the compressed medium, thus avoiding contamination of the gas during the compression process and ensuring gas purity. Compressors are available in single-stage or multi-stage configurations based on actual gas usage; structural types include single-cylinder, twin-cylinder, triple-cylinder, quadruple-cylinder, and combined multi-cylinder; cooling methods are air-cooled and water-cooled.

Microcomputer controller with high compressor discharge temperature, low intake pressure, and high exhaust pressure alarm shutdown functions. High level of automation, stable and reliable compressor operation. Can be configured with digital remote display and remote control as per customer requirements.

This series of compressors is widely used in oxygen production plants, oxygen recirculation systems, oxygen supply centers, and industrial combustion cutting in the oxygen industry.
