Oil-Free Nitrogen Compressor

Oil-Free Design, guide rings, piston rings, and piston rod seals are all made of self-lubricating materials for 100% oil-free lubrication. The bearing components are lubricated with high-temperature grease, ensuring no contact with the compressed medium to avoid contamination of the gas during compression and maintain purity. Compressors are available in single-stage or multi-stage configurations based on actual gas usage; structural types include single-cylinder, twin-cylinder, three-cylinder, four-cylinder, and combined multi-cylinder designs; cooling methods are air-cooled or water-cooled.

Microcomputer controller with high compressor exhaust temperature, low intake pressure, and high exhaust pressure alarm shutdown functions. High level of automation, stable and reliable compressor operation. Data-driven remote display and control can be configured according to customer requirements.

This series of compressors is suitable for boosting, stabilizing, power, and blow-off in process flows, and can also provide a stable gas source for power plants, the food industry, and research units.
