Liquefied Gas Compressor Operation Procedure

       The belt tension of the liquefied gas compressor is confirmed to be moderate, and the rotating shaft operates smoothly.
Ensure that the lubricant oil level is within the allowable range on the gauge, and that the color and composition of the oil are normal.
3. Confirm that the tanks, pipelines, and valves are in compliance with the process plan as per loading and unloading requirements.
4. Open the drain valve to expel condensate from the gas-liquid separator.
Upon receiving the start notification, open the outlet valve of the liquefied gas compressor and press the start button.
Once the hydraulic pressure is normal (greater than or equal to 0.15 MPa), gradually open the intake valve.
During normal operation of the compressor, maintain oil pressure greater than or equal to 0.15 MPa and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet less than or equal to 0.5 MPa.
8. Operators must remain on-site during the operation of the liquefied gas compressor, ensuring timely monitoring of the machine's various gauges for stability and normal temperature readings.
Upon receiving the shutdown notice, press the shutdown button. After parking, close the inlet and outlet valves.
Ensure proper operation and handover records are kept in accordance with regulations.
Each month, remove the belt guard cover to inspect the belt wear and ensure the belt pulley alignment is normal. Report any anomalies to the team leader and request repairs or replacements.
Change lubricant every three months.
Keep the surface, base, and floor of the liquefied gas compressor clean and free of dust and oil stains.
