Section 2: Scope of CA-7 Usage:

Suitable for live cleaning of 220KV power transmission and transformation equipment: insulators, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, lightning arresters, PT, CT, bushings, filters.

Section 3: CA-7 Usage Instructions:

Jet Washing: Professional cleaners follow the "Guidelines for Live Cleaning" and use the CA-7PQ live cleaning jet gun to perform high-pressure washing on the equipment to be cleaned until it is clean, then allow it to dry naturally. For better cleaning results, pair with the CA-1DS electric cleaning brush.

Wiping: In the event of a power outage, use a cloth dipped in CA-7 for wiping or brush cleaning.

Section 4: Usage Precautions for HA-220

Clean the indoor substation transformer room; ensure proper ventilation and air exchange during use. Close the bucket lid tightly after use to maintain a sealed environment. Storage at temperatures below 40°C requires re-testing the insulation value before each use; do not use if it fails to meet standards. Industrial use only; avoid prolonged skin contact. Keep out of reach of children.
