详情描述

Silicone adhesive tape is produced from professionally formulated silicone rubber. It forms an irreversible bond, making the bundled wires an integral unit, providing a secure insulating barrier that is resistant to moisture, oxidation, ozone, and corona discharge, and operates over a wide temperature range (-50°C to +260°C).

Features:

Electrical Insulation Properties: Volume resistivity of at least 10^13 ohm/cm; Temperature and Aging Resistance: Temperature range -50~+260°C; Temperature resistance at 350°C; Heat stability at 180°C; Sealing and Moisture-Proof Performance: The main material of this product is silicone rubber, moisture vapor will not渗透 through the silicone tape, offering excellent moisture-proof properties, ensuring effective insulation; Chemical Properties: Resistant to oxidation, ozone, and has UV resistance, with excellent weather resistance; Mechanical Properties: Excellent shock absorption and heat insulation; Good resistance to mechanical impact: Elongation rate up to 400%-500%; Easy Maintenance: Non-adhesive surface, not sticky to the touch, and does not stick to the contacting surface; Easy to Use: One layer of self-adhesive tape provides excellent insulation, reducing labor and costs.

High-pressure application range of silicone adhesive tape:

High-pressure applications (such as radiators, garden, and air hoses), stretch the silicone self-adhesive tape to its maximum elongation and wrap it several times. Multi-layer wrapping tape provides stronger pressure resistance and better repair effectiveness. For low-pressure applications (such as electrical insulation or weather-resistant connections), slight stretching and a single wrap are sufficient. Summary: Ensure the end of the tape is securely pressed against the previous layer, with the tail end slightly stretched. When using multi-layer silicone self-adhesive tape, make sure each new roll is tightly connected to the previous layer when starting.

Silicone adhesive tape application steps:

For ease of use, we recommend using at least 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) or 4-5 times the diameter of the wrapped surface. Clean the surface to be wrapped with the tape. Cut the tape to the desired length. Peel off the film - remove and discard the transparent separation film. The silicone adhesive tape has the same effect on either side. Applicable Tape - Hold one end of the silicone adhesive tape, wrap it around the item once. This secures the overlapping wrap layer behind. Maintain consistent tension and continue wrapping the package, ensuring each layer overlaps by about 50%. These overlaps will stick and fuse together.

1. Prior to commencing construction, perform a routine cleaning of the equipment surface, followed by wiping the insulator surface clean with a cloth.

2. After cleaning is completed, proceed with the insulation work.

3. Begin wrapping the fluorosilicone rubber insulating tape from one end of the 10kV busbar, with half of the tape pressing against the previous layer of fluorosilicone rubber insulating tape and the other half against the 10kV busbar, spiraling to the other end of the busbar to ensure the equipment is flat after installation.

4. Upon completion of the construction, the workers conduct their own self-inspection.

5. After self-inspection passes, conduct quality acceptance of the construction work.
