Principle:

Powder materials and adhesives are thoroughly mixed into a wet mass at the bottom of a cylindrical container by a bottom-mounted mixing slurry, which is then cut into uniform wet granules by high-speed cutting blades mounted on the side.

1. This machine features a horizontal cylindrical design with a rational structure.
2. Inflatable sealed drive shaft, switchable to water for cleaning.
3. Fluidized bed granulation, granules are approximately spherical with good fluidity.
4. Reduces adhesive by 25% compared to traditional methods, with a shorter drying time.
5. Each batch requires 2 minutes of dry blending, 1-4 minutes of granulation, achieving a production efficiency 4-5 times higher than traditional methods.
