Principle:

Through powder granulation, improve flowability and reduce dust飞扬. Enhance the solubility of the powder through granulation. Mixing, granulation, and drying are all completed in one machine. Working Principle:

Powdered materials are added to an enclosed container, where the action of hot air causes the powder to suspend and circulate in a fluidized state, achieving uniform mixing. At the same time, a misty binder is sprayed to moisten the powder inside the container, causing it to agglomerate into loose, small particles. As the particles form, the hot air dries them, causing moisture to evaporate and the powder to solidify continuously. This process is repeated to form ideal, uniformly porous, spherical granules, completing the mixing, granulation, and drying steps in one go within the container. The solid dosage form's moisture content and disintegration time were used as evaluation criteria, and t-tests were conducted on the results. Results: There was a significant difference (p<0.01) between the fluidized bed drying method and traditional drying methods during the drying of solid dosage forms.
