Inspection | Sinopec's Pump Expert Group Visits, Praises Knirnov!

Recently, a Sinopec pump and machinery expert team visited Knirnovia for an on-site inspection. They gained in-depth understanding of the company's technical level, production capacity, and product types. Knirnovia's Chairman Zhou Liang and other relevant department heads accompanied the visit. Both parties engaged in discussions and shared insights on breakthroughs in pump key core technologies and product applications.

The PetroChina pump and compressor expert team visited the Knivara exhibition hall, automated production line, and intelligent simulation testing laboratory, gaining a detailed understanding of Knivara's research and design of high-temperature and high-pressure reciprocating pumps, their application advantages, production manufacturing processes, and automation and intelligent production management. They also had a direct sense of Knivara's comprehensive layout in import substitution and industrial upgrading.

During the tour, the production department head stated, "Demand is value. As the demand for pump equipment transitions from general to specific, and from import dependence to domestic substitution, the key capability lies in continuously iterating and innovating service solutions."

Knyrova's ability to expand in scale while continually enriching its product types, and consistently staying ahead in the industry, stems from its inherent innovative genes.

Visiting the site, experts highly commended Knyrova's range of high-efficiency pump products for oil refining, particularly the latest domestically developed and designed reciprocating pump capable of withstanding 270°C high temperature and high pressure. This pump boasts several key core technologies, systematically solving challenges related to high-temperature and corrosion-resistant materials, as well as sealing, which drew the focused attention of the expert group.

At the conclusion of the review, the expert group expressed full recognition of Knirrowa's independent R&D capabilities and innovative achievements, and felt the significant changes in our industrial upgrade. They hope that both parties, on the basis of strengthening and optimizing existing cooperative projects, will actively seek new opportunities for collaboration by way of collaborative innovation, and continuously consolidate the fruits of cooperation in key projects such as advancing core technology breakthroughs and solving "choke point" issues.
