详情描述

The Knivonova metal rotor pump is a positive displacement pump, where the metal rotor rotates within the circular channels of the pump chamber. It alters the working volume through the relative motion between the rotor and the pump body, thereby increasing the energy of the conveyed medium. Energy is directly applied to the medium in the form of static pressure on the contact side of the rotor within the pump body, and it is expelled by the squeezing action of the rotating rotor. Simultaneously, space is left on the opposite side to form a low pressure, enabling continuous suction of the medium. There is a gap of 5 to 30 threads between the rotors and between the rotors and the pump body (depending on the viscosity and characteristics of the conveyed material), with the liquid surface tension compensating for the leakage. The mechanical seal uses wear-resistant materials and structure, featuring no-load operation performance.
