System and Product Categories
Fire emergency evacuation systems are categorized into centralized control centralized power supply evacuation and lighting systems, as well as centralized control self-powered evacuation and lighting systems.
Centralized Control of Power Distribution and Lighting Systems includes Emergency Lighting Controllers, Centralized Power Supplies for Emergency Lighting, Electrically Conductive and Centralized Fire Evacuation Sign Luminaires, and Electrically Conductive and Centralized Fire Emergency Lighting Luminaires.
Centralized control of power supply-based emergency evacuation and lighting systems includes emergency lighting controllers, emergency lighting distribution boxes, self-powered centralized fire evacuation sign lamps, and self-powered centralized fire emergency lighting lamps.
High-rise buildings, due to their numerous floors, large floor area, high population density, and difficult evacuation, present significant challenges. In the event of a fire, ensuring the safe evacuation of personnel becomes a top priority, and emergency lighting and evacuation signage are of utmost importance.
During a fire inside the building, upon receiving the fire联动signal, the fire area is determined automatically, the evacuation route is selected, the direction of on-site evacuation signs is adjusted, and simultaneous voice guidance is provided to lead people to a safe location.
The intelligent centralized control fire emergency lighting fixtures come with a built-in stand and are powered by a centralized power supply; the system performs real-time online inspections of terminal fixtures and displays all working statuses. In the event of a fault in any device within the system, an audible and visual alarm signal should be emitted, and the alarm will automatically be cleared after troubleshooting. The emergency lighting centralized power supply provides normal working power and emergency power during fires for the intelligent fire emergency lighting fixtures. The emergency lighting distribution device has circuit functions and receives real-time control from the emergency lighting controller. After a fire occurs, the system, based on the interlock signals from the automatic fire alarm system, automatically performs the following operations:
(1) Activate the fire emergency lighting in the entire building's evacuation routes in sequence, switch the system to emergency mode, and execute the evacuation commands as per the system's indicated emergency plan.
(2) Illuminate the exit lights leading to the safe area and provide both English and Chinese voice prompts. Adjust the emergency signs originally pointing to the hazardous area to now point to the safe area.

Emergency lighting centralized power supply installation
(1) Installation sites should be free of corrosive gases, steam, flammable materials, and dust; batteries must be installed in well-ventilated areas and strictly prohibited from being placed in sealed environments, areas with gas pipelines, warehouses, etc.
(2) During installation, it is recommended to be elevated at least 150mm above the ground. The pathways in front and behind the screen should accommodate battery replacement needs.
Emergency lighting centralized power supply lamp installation
(1) When installing at the top, avoid ceiling installation as much as possible; the distance between the top of the light fixture and the ceiling should be greater than 200mm. For hanging installation, use metal rods or chains. The top end of the rod or chain should be securely fastened to the building structure.
(2) When installed at low positions in evacuation corridors and their turns, they should be mounted on walls below 1m from the ground (floor), with the sign surface parallel to the wall. The part extending from the wall should not have sharp corners or protruding fasteners.
(3) When installed on the ground, all metal components of the lighting fixture should be made of corrosion-resistant materials or be treated with corrosion prevention. The power and control wire connections should be sealed with a sealing compound. The surface markings of the fixture should be parallel to the ground, with the height difference not exceeding 3 inches, and the contact edge with the ground not exceeding 1 inch.
(4) Fire emergency sign lighting installed in evacuation corridors and main evacuation routes of large indoor public places with high personnel density should maintain visual continuity. The direction of the head indicator or the direction of the guiding light flow should align with the evacuation direction during installation.
The emergency lighting centralized power supply box is powered by an internal battery pack and serves as a centralized emergency power supply unit installed within a building. In the event of a fire, accident, or other emergencies, the emergency power supply ensures the normal operation of fire signs and emergency lighting by providing backup power. It offers 4/8-way power outputs, operates on a centralized power supply model, is compatible with fire linkage, computer control, and fire center control.

Product Features and Working Principle
The power circuit is primarily composed of the main power supply circuit and the backup power circuit. While the main power is active, the backup battery is simultaneously charged. Once the battery is fully charged, the charger automatically switches to float charging mode, offsetting the battery's self-discharge, ensuring the battery maintains its capacity during power supply.
When the main power fails, the centralized power supply automatically detects the loss of AC power, switches to emergency mode through software algorithm processing and logical judgment. Upon the restoration of municipal power, the control system immediately returns to the normal power supply mode. In case of system failure, fault information is automatically uploaded to the emergency lighting controller. The software processes the fault through logical judgment and records it in the database for easy post-event inquiry, while also initiating an audio alarm.
In the event of an emergency, the control system shifts to emergency mode. Additionally, the centralized power supply unit features automatic annual and monthly system inspections.
The centralized power supply allocates 4 or 8 separate circuits to the lighting fixtures, communicates with the fixtures via a 2-wire communication mode, and features an automatic short-circuit protection function. The system is highly resistant to interference and easy to install.
The KF-D series centralized power supply is divided into three parts: the display module, the main control module, and the collection module. These modules communicate via RS485, making it convenient to troubleshoot any issues.
All external connections in the KF-D series centralized power supply are connected to the terminal block, making wiring easy.
The KF-D series connects to PCs using CAN communication, ensuring reliable transmission and high real-time performance.
