Operating Principle:

Kaida Evaporation and Crystallization Co., Ltd. developed and produced central circulating tube evaporator.TheirThe structure and heating chamber are composed of a vertical bundle of heating pipes (boiling pipe bundle), with a larger diameter pipe in the center, known as the central circulation pipe, which typically accounts for 40~100% of the total cross-sectional area of the heating pipe bundle.

During operation, when the heating medium is introduced between the tubes for heating, due to the greater heating surface area per unit volume of liquid within the heating tubes compared to that in the central circulation tube, the relative density of the liquid within the heating tubes is lower. This results in a density difference between the liquid in the heating tubes and that in the central circulation tube. This density difference causes the solution to naturally circulate, descending from the central circulation tube and ascending through the heating tubes.

Due to the circulation speed of the solution depending on the density difference generated by the solution and the length of the tube, the greater the density difference and the longer the tube, the faster the solution's circulation speed. However, due to the total height restriction of this type of evaporator, the heating tube length is shorter, typically 1~2m, with a diameter of 25~75mm and a length-to-diameter ratio of XX~XX.
