MVR Working Principle:

  The MVR evaporator utilizes a compressor to enhance the energy of the secondary steam and utilizes the energy of the elevated secondary steam, recovering the latent heat of the secondary steam.

Specifically, the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is compressed adiabatically by the compressor, increasing its pressure and temperature, and then sent as heating steam into the heating chamber of the evaporator. This condenses and releases heat, thus recovering the latent heat of the steam. Before entering the evaporator, the cold material absorbs the heat of the condensate through a heat exchanger, raising its temperature while also cooling the condensate and finished liquid, further enhancing the utilization of heat. Under the action of gravity, the solid-liquid phases are rapidly separated, ensuring that the turbid liquid and crystals do not enter the heater for heat exchange, effectively preventing scaling in the heater and friction or clogging between the crystals and the heater tube walls.
