Operating Principle:
Kadate Evaporation and Crystallization Co., Ltd. produces film蒸发, where the feed liquid is added to the tube box of the film evaporator's heating chamber, distributed evenly through the liquid distribution and film-forming device, and flows uniformly through the heat exchange tubes. Under the action of gravity, vacuum induction, and airflow, it forms a uniform film that flows downward. During this process, the liquid is heated and vaporized by the heating medium in the shell side, and the vapor, along with the liquid phase, enters the separator of the evaporator. The vapor and liquid are then fully separated; the vapor is condensed in the condenser (single-effect operation) or fed into the next evaporator as a heating medium, thereby enabling multi-effect operation.
