The high-speed granulator should meet the following functional requirements:

The agitator dries mix the material, then adds the binder for wet mixing. It adjusts the rotation speed of the agitator to ensure the creation of vortices, based on the characteristics of the material and binder.

Material is thoroughly mixed. Simultaneously, the intersection area of the granule knife thoroughly breaks the tumbling material mass into granules.

The rotation speed of the agitator paddle and granulating blade enables the material to undergo three-dimensional movement, causing the particles to collide, rub, and shear, resulting in even and fine friction.

The spherical granules are formed with stability. The mixing time, speed of the stirrer and granulation blade, as well as the quality and uniformity of the granules after drying, all meet the production requirements of solid dosage forms.

The mixed granulation process should be conducted under sealed conditions, with the entire process of granulation (including material addition, mixing, granule cutting, and unloading, etc.) carried out in a cleanroom environment of 100,000 or 300,000 class cleanliness.
