Large diameter cement pipe

Standard wall thicknesses are 40, 50, 60, and 80mm, with lengths of 2 meters and 2.5 meters. Depending on the cement pipe's inner diameter, the specifications can be categorized into small diameter pipes (inner diameter under 400mm), medium diameter pipes (400~1400mm), and large diameter pipes (over 1400mm).

The construction of cement culverts utilizes a socket-and-splice connection, sealed with rubber gaskets for flexible joints. The insertion depth of the joint is 80-100mm, and the relative angle is 1.5 degrees. Cement culverts with this interface exhibit excellent seismic performance.

Pipe foundations are chosen with sand and stone bases or concrete bases, offering quick installation. However, large-diameter cement pipes are not suitable for socket and spigot joints, as large-diameter cement pipes can develop circumferential cracks.
