Large Diameter Cement Pipe Processing Factory

Standard wall thicknesses are 40, 50, 60, and 80 mm, with lengths of 2 meters and 2.5 meters. Depending on the internal diameter of the cement pipe, the specifications can be categorized into small-diameter pipes (under 400mm), medium-diameter pipes (400-1400mm), and large-diameter pipes (over 1400mm).

The construction of cement culverts uses a socket and plug type joint, sealed with rubber rings for a flexible connection. The insertion depth of the joint is 80-100mm, and the relative angle is 1.5 degrees. Cement culverts with this interface have good seismic performance.

Pipe foundations are available in sand and gravel or concrete bases, offering fast installation. However, large-diameter cement pipes are not suitable for socket-and-spigot joints as they can develop circumferential cracks.
