Large Diameter Cement Pipe Factory

Standard wall thicknesses are 40, 50, 60, and 80 mm, with lengths of 2 meters and 2.5 meters. Depending on the cement pipe's internal diameter, the specifications can be categorized into small diameter pipes (under 400mm internal diameter), medium diameter pipes (400-1400mm), and large diameter pipes (above 1400mm).

The connection method for the concrete culvert during construction is a socket and spigot joint, sealed with a rubber gasket for a flexible connection. The insertion depth of the joint is 80-100mm, and the relative angle is 1.5 degrees. Concrete culverts with this interface offer good seismic performance.

Pipe foundations are selected using sand and stone bases or concrete bases, which offer fast installation. However, large-diameter cement pipes are not suitable for socket and spigot joints as they tend to develop circumferential cracks.
