Product Description

The base and beam of the FLV slotting machine are both designed with a framework structure. The worktable is made of 60mm Q345 low-alloy high-strength structural steel. The framework is made of Q235 steel plate, ensuring the machine tool has good rigidity and durability. The bed is tempered with natural gas to eliminate welding stress and reduce equipment deformation. Shot blasting is used to ensure excellent paint finish.

The FLV slotting machine is equipped with precise copper gears and helical racks for transmission, supported by Taiwan Hiwin roller linear guides, with variable speed adjustment for movement speed, ensuring smooth and efficient cutting processes. It features dual servo motors, with dual drives serving as the main power source, enhancing the machine's stability and speed.

The knife holder of the FLV slotting machine employs SFSR silent ball screws and QH silent guide rails to ensure high precision.

The FLV slotting machine workpieces are fixed with a hydraulic clamping system, ensuring fast slotting speed and strong clamping. The hydraulic system is equipped with an accumulator for energy storage and an overflow valve, the motor operates intermittently to save energy, and the hydraulic system is safe. The FLV slotting machine uses four blades to process "V" slots, evenly distributing the cutting volume and reducing deformation of the workpieces.
