Product Introduction

The machine base is stationary, with the gear and rack drive beam moving, the speed of which can be adjusted by variable frequency; the cutting process is smooth and efficient, and the cutting surface is flat and smooth.

This machine is a four-axis CNC machine with X, Y1, Y2, and Z axes, featuring high positioning accuracy and a wide range of processing capabilities.

The machine is equipped with both side and end pressure feeding devices, both utilizing hydraulic clamping for adjustable and reliable pressure feeding.

The motor uses a V-belt for first-stage transmission. Due to the reduced tension and elongation of the V-belt, the impact force during emergency stops and rapid reversals is minimized, ensuring the equipment operates flexibly and extending its service life.

Hydraulic system equipped with accumulator compensation; motor's intermittent operation saves energy and controls oil temperature.
