       Product Introduction

HRMBR membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment equipment is an efficient wastewater treatment system that combines advanced membrane separation technology with traditional activated sludge process. It ingeniously integrates water environment and water resources, membrane technology, and biotechnology. Our Haorun R&D team fully utilizes this technology, combining engineering practice and valuable customer feedback to optimize the design and layout, integrating the entire equipment into one unit. The material of the MBR integrated equipment is either FRP anti-corrosion or 304 steel, with selected PVDF hollow fiber membranes and flat membranes for excellent performance. The equipment is manufactured using professional production technology. This product is independently designed and developed by our company, featuring proprietary intellectual property rights in the field of membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment equipment.

       Product Features

(1) High removal rate of pollutants, strong resistance to sludge expansion, stable and reliable effluent water quality, with no suspended solids in the effluent.

(2) The MBR membrane bioreactor achieves a complete separation of the sludge retention time (STR) and hydraulic retention time (HRT) in the reactor, greatly simplifying the design and operation.

(3) The membrane's mechanical cutoff function prevents the loss of microorganisms, allowing the biological reactor to maintain a high sludge concentration. This, in turn, enhances the volume load and reduces the sludge load. Moreover, the MBR process eliminates the secondary settling tank, thereby reducing the land area required.

(4) The activated sludge in the MBR aeration tank does not lose due to water. During operation, the activated sludge varies due to the entering concentration of organic matter and achieves a dynamic balance, which makes the system's effluent stable and has the characteristic of resistance to shock load.

(5) The larger hydraulic cycle results in uniform mixing of wastewater, thereby enhancing the dispersion of active sludge and significantly increasing the specific surface area of the sludge.
