Integrated Water Purification System


Overview

The FA Series Integrated Water Purifier is a new product line developed by our company. This series of water purification units integrates processes such as coagulation, sedimentation, effluent discharge, backflushing, and water collection filtration, achieving full automatic operation without human intervention. It is a crucial component for the automation of waterworks management, offering wide applicability, excellent treatment effects, and high-quality effluent water. Furthermore, it consumes less water, power, and space, and saves on water, electricity, and labor costs, eliminating the need for auxiliary pumps and facilities.

Application Scope

1. Suitable for waterworks serving rural, urban, and industrial and mining enterprises with water sources from various rivers, lakes, reservoirs, etc., where the turbidity is less than 3000 mg/L, acting as the primary water purification equipment.

2. Possesses unique adaptability for water sources from lakes with low temperatures, low turbidity, and seasonal algae blooms.

3. Pre-treatment equipment for high-purity water, beverage industry water, boiler water, etc.

4. Suitable for various industrial circulating water systems, effectively and significantly improving the quality of recycled water.

5. Water treatment equipment for reclaimed water systems, utilizing wastewater treatment plant effluent as the water source for producing potable recycled water.

       Features

1. Beyond the management of the primary pump room and dosing system, the water purification unit itself, from reaction, flocculation, sedimentation, sludge collection, sludge discharge, water collection, water distribution, filtration, backflushing, and effluent discharge, etc., operates automatically. The on-duty staff only needs to perform regular water quality monitoring and testing, without the need for operational management of the purification unit.

2. High concentration floc layer allows for ample collision and contact between impurity particles in raw water, increasing the likelihood of adsorption. This enables it to accommodate various raw water temperatures and turbidity levels, with a high removal rate of impurity particles. Under certain operating conditions, it also possesses algae removal capabilities.

3. Quick mud concentration chamber and adjustable automatic sludge discharge system, ensuring timely removal of excess mud and impurities, thereby maintaining a stable removal rate of impurities.

4. Efficient flocculation and sedimentation effects ensure the effluent water quality remains consistently good.

5. A novel and innovative water collection system with a lower water head ensures uniform and effective collection. Not only does it enhance the coefficient of volume utilization, but the accumulated energy-saving effect is also considerable due to the smaller water head.

6. Automated water purification system ensures efficient filtration (with raw water turbidity below 3000 mg/L, the filtered water turbidity can be kept below 3 mg/L), and also features automatic backwashing without the need for additional equipment like backwashing pumps or air compressors. This saves considerable investment in infrastructure and ongoing costs for operation, maintenance, and upkeep.

7. The self-consumption rate is low, around <5%, playing a positive role in conserving limited water resources.

8. Compact in size, it can save over 50% of the space compared to typical water purification structures. It stands approximately 4.10 meters tall and is suitable for installation both indoors and outdoors.

9. Easy to expand, modify, reuse, and relocate or repurpose.

       Installation and Maintenance

1. The integrated water purifier is a complete water purification unit, placed on a foundation cast according to design specifications, and once the inlet and outlet pipes are connected, it can be put into operation.

2. The inlet pipe must be installed with a flow meter.

3. This device requires a 380V three-phase power supply for full automatic control.

4. The device generally requires no maintenance or upkeep; however, it is recommended to inspect the filter media once a year. If the thickness of the filter media is insufficient, quartz sand with a particle size of 0.50 to 1.2 millimeters can be added to reach the desired height.

       Product Range

1. Pipe, inlet valve, outlet pipe, drain pipe, and sludge drain, excluding those for integrated water purifiers, are not included in the supply scope.

2. Inspection walkways, platforms, and escalators are not included in the scope of supply.

3. Installation and debugging for customers, additional charges apply.

4. Excludes required filter material; quantity should be procured or arranged according to supplier's requirements.

5. When purchasing this equipment individually, a total advance payment of 50% of the contract amount is required. The remaining balance is to be paid in full upon shipment.

6. All inspections are passed upon the equipment's manufacture.

7. The integrated water purifier is covered by a 3-year warranty and comes with a 1-year quality guarantee.

8. With the advancement of production technology, any technical improvements to this equipment will be as per the product's factory standard.

9. Offer comprehensive water purification technology consultation and undertake design services for water supply and drainage systems.
