       Product Introduction

The integrated wastewater treatment equipment employs biological treatment technology, integrating the removal of BOD5, COD, and NH3N into one unit. It is used for comprehensive wastewater treatment in high-end hotels, villa communities, and residential complexes. The HRYTH series integrated wastewater treatment equipment is a device with excellent treatment performance and convenient management, suitable for installation above ground.

       Technical Principle

Wastewater first enters the ABR anaerobic pond, where anaerobic microorganisms degrade solid, macromolecular, and non-biodegradable organic matter in the wastewater into easily biodegradable small molecular organic matter, significantly enhancing the wastewater's biochemical properties. The effluent from the ABR anaerobic pond is then transferred to the contact oxidation zone. In the contact oxidation zone, aerobic microorganisms rapidly multiply and degrade organic pollutants in the wastewater, removing COD and ammonia nitrogen, thereby meeting the treatment requirements. The effluent from the contact oxidation zone flows into a multimedia filter, where suspended solids are retained. The clear liquid at the bottom is then automatically transferred to the clear water zone, which discharges automatically once the water storage is sufficient. The discharged clear water is disinfected by adding disinfectant chemicals. The disinfected wastewater meets the standards for discharge.

       Advantages

1. Integrated sewage treatment systems can be constructed with carbon steel lined with glass steel or made of stainless steel, featuring a compact structure and aesthetically pleasing design. The equipment has no fragile parts, can operate for over 15 years without the need for replacement of major components, is easy to operate, and highly automated. Compared to MBR membrane equipment, MBR membranes have a shorter lifespan, usually requiring replacement every 2-3 years, at a significant cost.

2. High Filtration Precision: Removal rate of suspended particles in water can reach over 95%, and it has certain removal effects on large molecular organic matter, viruses, bacteria, colloids, iron, and other impurities. The water after multi-media filter treatment has an outlet turbidity below 5 NTU.

3. Highly adjustable. Parameters such as filtration accuracy, sludge-holding capacity, and filtration resistance can be adjusted as required.
