What are the different types of connection methods for planetary reducers and motors?

Helical减速 motors are available in three connection types: flange, twin shaft, and direct drive.

The helical bevel reducer and motor are connected through the motor flange, allowing for the disassembly of the motor without affecting the internal components of the reducer. Simply remove the motor flange of the reducer.

2. The dual-axis model features a separate motor and cycloidal reducer. They are connected via a belt pulley, sprocket, or coupling. In case the dual-axis reducer motor is damaged, simply replace the motor.

3. Direct-drive motors are connected directly to the cycloidal reducer without any electrical cover. This type of motor is the most difficult to disassemble, as it requires removing the reducer's rear cover (the rear cover of a direct-drive motor is the motor's front cover) simultaneously. In this case, both the reducer and the motor are disassembled at once. When replacing the motor, it must be a special direct-drive model, which needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer.
