Control boxes are categorized into explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof types, primarily used for self-limiting temperature, constant power series and parallel heating cables, MI cables, de-icing cables, and other products. Installation methods include hanging and floor-mounted options, with outdoor temperature control boxes featuring a matching rain shield. Control methods include manual, automatic, and remote control.

The distribution box features protection against short-circuit, open-circuit, and leakage, offering single-phase and three-phase output voltages.

Function Modules: The control cabinet should be fully equipped with components such as circuit breakers, vacuum contactors, high-voltage adjustment modules, microcomputer integrated protection devices, relays, current and voltage meters, touchscreens, etc. It also includes emergency buttons and indicator lights for system status, such as normal system, system failure, and indicator lights for each heating circuit power supply. The high-voltage control cabinet features overcurrent protection, overheat protection, overvoltage, undervoltage protection, ground protection, and temperature monitoring and control functions. It is equipped with over-temperature alarm and reset functions, manual tuning, and automatic constant-temperature control capabilities. It is provided with an RS485 (Modbus RTU protocol) interface for uploading DCS signals (uploading temperature and status signals, high-temperature alarm, low-temperature alarm, overcurrent alarm, sensor failure), and allows for querying half-yearly fault records and temperature operation curves.
