Perform an empty machine trial run and start feeding the test load once no anomalies are observed. Observe the state of the extruded material; it should be in sheet or block form, with a certain degree of firmness when squeezed, but not powdery when pressed hard.

    On the ball press equipment, the main components that require regular maintenance are the belt pulley, lubricating oil, and bolts. These are the key parts for the equipment's smooth operation and proper maintenance. So, how do we maintain these three essentials to ensure our satisfaction?

    Belt Pulley: Generally speaking, we emphasize that the drive belt of the mineral powder balling machine should be tight to prevent any dangers and ensure smooth operation. However, it's not the tighter the better for the belt pulley; the drive belt should also not be adjusted too tightly. Over-tightening can cause stretching and deformation, leading to bending and damage to the belt pulley and bearing.

    Lubricating Oil: Regularly inspect the mineral powder ball press machine's lubricating oil to ensure an appropriate amount, which reduces unnecessary wear on the machine's components. However, more oil is not always better; too much oil can cause severe vibrations in the crankshaft and bars during operation, increasing internal power loss and reducing the effectiveness of the oil.

    Bolts: There are many fasteners for bolt and nut connections on ball presses, and it is crucial to ensure they have sufficient preload. However, they should not be tightened excessively. Over-tightening the bolts can cause deformation in the bolted connections, leading to a decrease in preload. In extreme cases, it may even result in the bolts slipping or breaking.
