Routine inspections and cleaning
(1) Inspect and tighten the foundation bolts of the theoretical foundation; open the reducer cover to check the gear engagement and wear condition.
(2) The hydraulic cylinder of the pellet press should be shut down for inspection. If there are fundamental causes such as temperature fluctuations or oil leakage leading to significant pressure changes, new oil should be introduced or the machine should be operated back to the adjustment phase to achieve the required pressure transition. If oil leakage in the oil pressure system is detected during operation, the machine should be immediately shut down, repaired, and then restarted.
Ensure timely inspections of the mineral powder slag pellet machine's wiring to maintain production manufacturing.

(3) Regularly inspect the lubricant of the transmission system; if insufficient lubricant is found, it must be replenished promptly.
(4) The roller bearings on the mineral powder and slag ball presses should be lubricated with grease annually in one go.
(5) Perform monthly lubrication oil injections, and completely flush out after 6 months.

Inspect the internal triangular wear-resistant pads, rolling bearings, spiral parts, and nozzle areas of the overall body for wear issues and proceed with cleaning and replacing the mobile bearing lubricant.
(2) Open the reducer inspection cover to check the contact and wear conditions of the drive gears.
(3) Inspect and tighten the foundation bolts of the theoretical base for looseness.
(4) In case of significant changes in the hydraulic cylinder's working pressure, it is necessary to promptly introduce new oil.
(5) In the event of oil leakage in the automatic pressure control system during operation, the machine should be immediately shut down and restarted after the oil leakage is repaired.
(6) After cleaning the parts, they must be lubricated before assembly.
(7) Assembly of parts must first check for wear conditions, and worn parts must be replaced regularly.
