When compressed air is supplied independently, it features higher pressure, stability, and minimal pressure loss, resulting in excellent descaling effects for the air cannon. When centralized compressed air supply is used, consider installing a pressure gauge to monitor pressure conditions to prevent excessive pipeline losses that could affect the air cannon's operation or reduce its effectiveness. The air cannon's working pressure must not be less than 0.4 MPa. The air cannon's drain plug should face downward for easy drainage. If the gas reservoir is too high above ground or the operating platform, and there is excessive moisture in the gas source, connect a length of pipe to the drain outlet to a convenient location for installing a valve, ensuring regular drainage. The principle of connecting the drain pipe is to ensure a tight seal with no leaks. The air cannon must comply with pressure vessel production standards during production, just like our hot water boilers, requiring manufacturers to have a pressure vessel production qualification certificate (the level may vary). The scope of pressure vessels includes containers where the internal pressure is greater than the external air pressure or where the internal pressure is significantly less than the external air pressure. Boilers in many provinces and cities require strict post-production verification procedures, such as mandatory re-inspection after three years of use to determine if continued use is permissible. Therefore, the air cannon also requires post-use inspections.
