I. Product Overview
The Loosening Machine is designed to address the issue of coal storage blockages in thermal power plants. The equipment automatically monitors the coal feeding status in the raw coal storage, initiates itself upon coal cutoff, and promptly clears the blockage. Afterward, it automatically shuts down, ensuring a continuous supply of coal to the storage and uninterrupted production of the unit, thereby significantly enhancing the economic benefits of the enterprise.
Section II: Application Scope The Loose Machine is widely used to address the blockage issues in coal storage bunkers, material storage bunkers, etc., of different structures and materials such as hyperbolic, conical, and square-conical shapes in industries such as thermal power plants, steel mills, coking plants, and metallurgy.
Section 3: Principle of Operation of the Loosening Machine
The loosener receives a start signal and the electrical control system activates the hydraulic power system, which drives the cylinder to move the loosener back and forth along the inner wall of the coal bin, breaking the adhesion between the coal and the bin, destroying the support points of the roof coal, and automatically stops when the coal flow is smooth.
1. The thickness of coal layer on each conveyor belt serves as the signal basis for detecting coal flow. When there's no coal or the coal layer is less than one-third of the normal thickness, the signal device automatically activates and sends an electrical command.
2. Power-on instruction causes the motor contactor to engage, and the motor rotates clockwise.
3. The motor drives the high-pressure pump to pressurize oil, which then passes through an electromagnetic valve to power the cylinder, moving the loose scraper up and down to achieve the conveying purpose.
4. After loosening, the coal falls onto the belt or scraper, interrupting the automatic coal-blockage signal, and the loosening process is then complete.

2. Timing: The loosener starts at intervals as set by the timer, automatically stops after completing a cycle.
3. Automatic: When the coal supply is significantly reduced or interrupted, the signal device installed with the loosening machine automatically outputs a start signal, causing the loosening machine to immediately activate, clearing the blockage, and restoring the flow of raw coal.
