详情描述

Composition   This product is a two-component self-drying paint composed of polyurethane resin as the base material, mixed with pigments, hammering agent, fillers, solvents, and other additives.

Performance   Polyurethane hammer-textured paint boasts excellent decorative properties, with adjustable hammer pattern size, strong three-dimensional effect, high mechanical strength, wear and impact resistance, and high hardness. However, its toughness is average. It can withstand machine oil, gasoline, humidity, hydrocarbons, and other solvents.

Usage   Broadly used for the coating of iron and plastic products such as machine tools and electrical cabinets, it provides excellent corrosion resistance and decorative effects.

Construction Method

1. Raw Material Processing

The coated metal surface must be thoroughly cleaned of oil, oxidation scale, rust, and old coatings. Shot blasting or sandblasting methods can be used to achieve the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5, with a roughness of 30-70μm. Alternatively, manual rust removal methods can be employed to meet the Swedish rust removal standard St3, also with a roughness of 30-70μm.

2. Mixed

Priced by weight ratio (as indicated on the product packaging)

While mixing, slowly pour the hardener into the main agent while continuously stirring, ensuring thorough mixing until the paint surface develops a hammer pattern.

After the mixed paint has aged (23±2℃) for 30 minutes, filter it through a 60-80 mesh screen and pour it into another container for later use.

Mixed paint has a shelf life of 3 hours. Please schedule use according to the progress of the application.

3. Construction Conditions

The coating operation should be carried out as soon as possible after the substrate treatment, generally not exceeding 6 hours. The surface temperature of the substrate and the ambient temperature should generally not be below 10°C, with the surface temperature at least 5°C higher than the dew point, and the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 75%.

4. Coating Methods

This paint can be applied using brush coating, airless spraying, and air-assisted spraying methods.

5. Dilute

Generally, paints require a compatible thinner to adjust viscosity and clean tools. The amount of thinner directly affects the size of the paint patterns.

6. Coating Spacing

One-component paint can be coated after drying. For two-component paint, it is recommended to wait the following intervals before coating:
