详情描述

Composition   This product is a two-component self-drying paint composed of polyurethane resin as the base material, along with pigments, additives, fillers, solvents, and other ingredients.

Performance   Polyurethane topcoat offers good resistance to chemical atmospheres, gasoline, and hydrocarbon solvents, with excellent mechanical properties, but poor resistance to weather and ultraviolet rays.

Usage   Polyurethane topcoat is suitable for anti-corrosion and decorative coatings on indoor machinery and equipment, instruments, cabinets, etc.

Technical Specifications

Complementary System

Polyurethane topcoat can be matched with various paints for coating, suitable for various industrial environments.

· Carbon steel, cast iron: epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy iron red primer, epoxy zinc primer, inorganic zinc-rich primer.

Galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy: stainless steel and galvanized sheet-specific primer, epoxy zinc yellow primer, etc.

· Concrete: Epoxy primer + epoxy iron oxide intermediate coat.

Construction Method

1. Base Material Processing

The coated metal surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned of grease, rust scale, corrosion, old coatings, etc. Shot blasting or sandblasting methods can be used to achieve Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5, with a roughness of 30-70μm. Alternatively, manual rust removal can be employed to meet Swedish rust removal standard St3, with a roughness of 30-70μm.

2. Mixed

Priced by weight ratio (as indicated on the product packaging)

While mixing, slowly add the hardener to the main agent while continuously stirring to ensure thorough and even mixing.

After mixing, allow the paint to mature (at 23±2℃) for 30 minutes, then filter it through a 60-80 mesh sieve and pour it into another container for later use.

The mixed paint has a shelf life of 3 hours. Please schedule its use according to the progress of the application.

3. Construction Conditions

The coating operation should be carried out as soon as possible after the substrate treatment, generally not exceeding 6 hours. The surface temperature of the substrate and the ambient temperature should generally not be below 10°C, with the surface temperature at least 5°C above the dew point, and the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 75%.

4. Coating Methods

This paint can be applied using brush coating, airless spraying, and air-assisted spraying methods.

5. Dilute

Generally, paints require a compatible thinner for adjusting viscosity and cleaning tools.

6. Coating Spacing

One-component paint is ready for subsequent coating after drying. For two-component paint, it is recommended to wait the following time intervals before coating:
