详情描述

Composition   This product is a two-component self-drying paint composed of polyurethane resin as the base material, with added pigments, hammering agent, fillers, solvents, and other components.

Performance   Polyurethane sand finish paint offers excellent decorative properties, strong three-dimensional feel, high mechanical strength, and resistance to impact and high hardness. It can withstand machine oil, gasoline, moisture, and hydrocarbons. The sand finish paint's textured surface provides anti-fingerprint and anti-oil stain protection due to its inherent sanding effect.

Application   Broadly used for the coating of iron and plastic products such as machine tools, electrical cabinets, outdoor lighting, etc., it provides excellent corrosion resistance and decorative effects.

· Galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy: Stainless steel and galvanized sheet-specific primers, epoxy zinc yellow primers, etc.

· Glass Reinforced Plastic: Light gray epoxy primer.

· Plastic (ABS, etc.): Ready for use after surface treatment.

· Concrete: Epoxy sealant primer + epoxy iron oxide intermediate paint.

Construction Method

1. Base Material Treatment

The coated metal surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned of oil, scale, rust, and old coatings. Shot blasting or sandblasting methods can be used to achieve Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5, with a roughness of 30-70μm. Alternatively, manual rust removal can be employed to meet the Swedish rust removal standard St3, with a roughness of 30-70μm.

2. Mixed

As per weight ratio (as indicated on the product packaging)

While mixing, pour the hardener slowly while continuously stirring the base, ensuring thorough mixing until the paint surface develops a hammering pattern.

Mixed paint is aged (23±2℃) for 20-30 minutes before being transferred to another container for later use.

Mixed paint is valid for 3 hours; please use it according to your construction progress.

3. Construction Conditions

The coating operation should be carried out as soon as possible after the substrate treatment, generally not exceeding 6 hours. The surface temperature of the substrate and the ambient temperature should generally not be below 10°C, with the surface temperature at least 5°C above the dew point, and the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 75%.

4. Coating Methods

This paint can be applied using brush painting, airless spraying, and air-assisted spraying methods.

5. Dilute

Generally, paints require a matching thinner to adjust viscosity and clean tools. The amount of thinner directly affects the size of the paint pattern.

6. Coating Spacing

One-component paint can be coated after drying. For two-component paint, it is recommended to follow the coating interval time as follows:
